INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Baby chicken , curd , black salt , garam masala , degi mirch , cumin powder , kasturi methi , ginger garlic paste , salt , kitchen king , lemon juice and mustard oil
METHODS OF PREPARATION
- Take a baby chicken and marinate it with lemon juice, GG paste , salt , mustard oil and Kashmiri mirch by cutting chicken across the breast from backside of neck
- Now to prepare tandoori masala take a bowl , Mix curd , GG paste , mustard oil , degi mirch/Kashmiri mirch , kasturi methi , Mustard oil , cumin powder , garam masala , kitchen king , black salt and mix it properly
- Dip marinated chicken in Masala properly and keep it for some time to get best taste
- Take a skewer , skew the chicken and keep it in Tandoor for 15/20 minutes.
- Baste it and keep further 5/10 minutes
- Serve it with Mint chutney , onion rounds and lemon wedges
FOR MINT CHUTNEY
Blend corriander leaf , curd , Mint leaf, black salt ,lemon juice , chat masala and green chilli in a blender
