INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Chicken breast , salt , back pepper , flour , Egg , Breadcrumb , oil
METHODS OF PREPARATION
- Take a chicken breast and pound it flat with meat hammer
- Marinate it with salt , black pepper
- Now coat it with flour properly and in beaten egg ,and finally in breadcrumb.
- Fry it in oil till golden colour for 3/4 minutes each side
- Serve it with Mayonnaise sauce
