Tiger Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Chicken , Timmur , Bay leaf , ginger garlic , black pepper , salt , vinegar , soya sauce , dried chilli and few carrot mirepoix , Red wine , soya sauce , vinegar
METHODS OF PREPARATION
- Take chicken pieces and boiled it with Timmur , bay leaf , soya sauce, vinegar , dried chilli and carrot mirepoix . Boil for 20/30 minutes
- Now after boiling , strain it and deep fry it for 2/3 minutes
- Now we will make a sauce of boiled Timmur , bay leaf , dried chilli and carrot and thick the sauce by adding cornflour. Add Hot sauce for Spiceness
- Add sauce in pan , add red wine , fried chicken and toss it for some time . Mix chicken with sauce throughly
Note : it's a Chinese dish so it should have a blend of Spiceness, sourness
