Upselling is the process of persuading the guest to opt / go for superior Room with better Room rate. This skill requires understanding room product, know revenue targets  for the day, week, assessing the guest capacity to pay , listen to the guest feedback and explaining the features and benefit of superior room to guest which motivates him to buy. The additional services are Upsold . It is a sales technique used to increase revenue.
