INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Olive oil
Garlic and oregano
Onion
Tomato puree
Mixed herbs
Grated cheese
Salt and red chilli powder
Spaghetti
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Boil spaghetti with a pinch of salt and acidic ingredients on water.
- Cook till A la dente, Do not overcook spaghetti
- Take olive oil in pan, add some garlic cloves and some dry oregano
- Add finely chopped onion and cook till onion are light brown
- Add tomato puree
- Add salt and red chilli powder , stirred it and cook in low heat for 5 minutes
- Add chilli flakes and mixed herbs
- Garnish with grated cheese and fresh oregano.
