INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Chicken breast
Salt , pepper, flour , cornflour
Egg whites
Capsicum, onion
Ginger , garlic , chilly
Tomato ketch up, Hot sauce
Corriander leaf
Oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Take chicken breast and cut/slit chicken breast into long thin strips
- Now, marinade the chicken with salt, pepper, cornflour , flour , egg whites and little soya sauce.
- Keep it in refrigerator for half an hour
- Now , cut capsicum and onion into slices and chopped ginger, garlic and chilly
- Deep fry the marinade chicken in oil in low heat
- Now take a pan, Heat oil ,add ginger and garlic , saute it .
- Add onion and capsicum slices , saute it
- Add ketch up , Hot sauce , little soya sauce and cook for a minute
- Add salt , chicken pieces and stir it
- Garnish it with chopped Corriander leaf (we can use cornflour to thicken gravy)
