Drunk Guest in Hotel

Every Hotel encounters such problem . Drunk guest must be dealt politely . Take him away from public areas as he might disturb other guest also. Never argue him. Guest is always right. Ask his friends to take away and care if he have any friends. Don't allow them to drive on their own , drop them by hotel transportation facilities. If you can't control and he is too violent immediately inform the supervisor and security.
